Letting, from listing to payout

Everything happens on RentGidi, so you always know who applied, who signed and what has been paid.

  1. Add your ID and the bank account rent should go to. Once they match, your listings carry the verified badge.

  2. Add photos, the rent and each fee, like caution or service charge. Renters see the total before they apply, so fewer surprises at viewing.

  3. Each application comes with the renter’s ID status, job and income, and how the rent compares with what they earn. Approve, or decline with a reason they’ll see.

  4. Send the tenancy agreement from the listing. You both sign on RentGidi and keep the signed copy.

  5. The renter pays through Paystack. The money shows in Money, and you withdraw it to the account we checked.

Landlords verify their ID and that the bank account rent goes to is in their own name. Those who have carry the verified badge on every listing.

Listings are moderated

Our team reviews homes that look wrong and takes them down. Reviews come only from renters who paid to move in.

Your money is traceable

You pay through Paystack and get a receipt for every payment. A holding deposit goes back to your card or bank if the home goes to someone else.

List your property

No. There is no listing fee and no commission on the rent. Renters pay the rent and the fees you list, through Paystack.

Through Paystack, by card or bank transfer. Payments show in Money once they clear, and you withdraw them to the bank account we checked when you verified.

Yes. Set an amount on the listing and the renter pays it after you approve them. It takes the home off the market while you both sign, and counts towards their move-in cost. If they pull out after you approve them, you choose whether to refund it or keep it.

Their ID and phone checks, job, income and preferred move-in date, and how the rent compares with what they earn. You can message them before you decide, and if you decline, they see your reason.
